Categorization and tagging of contacts and media can be done during batch imports, and also once the data has been imported. Categorization and tags are critical for optimizing data organization, search results and management across your team.

NOTES – If existing Mediartis data fields do not offer the filters you need, this data can be provided as tags separated by commas “,” in the Tags section of contact & media details, and in the Tags column of the batch import templates. See FAQ Using tags for more information.

Click the “pen” icon next to “Contact details” to modify profile.
SAVE changes when finished

NOTES

Certain fields are not visible if corresponding data has not been specified (example: singing styles is not visible in categories if singer has not been specified in professions).

IMPORTANT You must click ‘Validate’ to record spoken languages-accents-levels, email addresses, links, telephone, addresses, agent information and pricing data.
