Contact profiles can be created by batch or individually, and are accessible from both the Contacts and Media sections.
From the contacts list
- Click the “person” icon (next to talent name) to open complete profile.
- Click the “pen” icon to make modifications.
- Click the “save” icon to record your changes.
- Click “Contacts media list” button (top right) to access their media.
From the Media Navigator
- Click the “tag” icon (bottom right).
- Click the “lock” icon to modify the profile while still viewing your search result list.
- Click the “save” icon to record your changes.
