Only Account Owners, Administrators and Experts can download media from the account.
To download :
- one media: click on the download icon located at the end of the media line.
- several media: select the desired media then in the action menu click on “Download”.
Contacts cannot download or transfer media from their interface (accessed when they are entered into GDPR processing). An audio and visual watermark is superimposed over the original media for added security.
Clients cannot download media, but they can share a link to a casting they were sent via streaming if given the authorization.
