Manage your Mediartis subscription

You can manage your current subscription from the Pricing & Offers section of your account. In this section you can update your current subscription, modify payment details, and view your billing documentation.

Invite your team

Invite your team members to the account to collaborate on Mediartis. You can personalize each user’s permissions to control which parts of your account data they can access and edit. 

Database set up

You must create contacts (freelancers & artists) before uploading media to your account. Provide as much contact information as possible to optimize search features once your data has been imported.
